Sneezes, Coughs and Sniffles

Please keep your child home if he/she displays any of the following symptoms:

· Pink eye

· Fever over 100 F

· Heavy mucus discharge from nose

· Severe coughing or trouble breathing

· Vomiting or Diarrhea

· Headache - Sore Throat - Stiff Neck

· Unusual behavior or lack of energy

Children under heavy medication or in the first week beginning medical treatment for tonsillitis, ear infection and the like should stay home.

Please do not send medication in your child's lunch box or backpack.  Please deliver the medication to a staff member and obtain a medical authorization form to sign.  Please advise if medicine needs to be refrigerated.
